About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a GRC Consultant, you will guide our clients in aligning their governance, risk, and compliance programs with their business objectives. Your insights will play a pivotal role in helping organizations minimize risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold robust governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess current GRC frameworks, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
Develop and implement tailored GRC strategies and policies that align with client objectives.
Provide expertise on security and regulatory frameworks, and recommend solutions for regulatory adherence.
Conduct GRC training sessions and workshops to enhance awareness and compliance within client organizations.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for GRC improvements.
Support clients during external audits and inspections, ensuring preparedness and alignment with requirements.
Collaborating with the team and transferring knowledge.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance consulting.
Proven experience with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. IEC, ISO 31000:2018, 38500:2015, GDPR).
Strong understanding of GRC platforms and tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Purpose:

To design effective, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The role blends creativity and analytical thinking to improve user satisfaction and align digital products with business objectives.

- Key Responsibilities:

● UI Design Responsibilities:

○ Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand identity and visual language.

○ Create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

○ Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficient collaboration with development teams.

○ Apply principles of color theory, typography, grid systems, spacing, and iconography to craft clean and user-friendly layouts.

○ Ensure responsive and adaptive design across various devices and screen sizes, optimizing for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces.

○ Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design elements and maintain UI quality throughout the development lifecycle.

● UX Design Responsibilities:

○ Conduct user research and persona development to understand target users' behaviors, goals, frustrations, and motivations.

○ Facilitating sessions, capturing behavior, and providing feedback.

○ Analyzing results and synthesizing actionable insights to improve design decisions.

○ Utilize tools such as heatmaps, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and user feedback to identify UX issues and propose enhancements.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product development environments.

● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other modern UI/UX tools.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability heuristics, and interaction patterns.

● Experience conducting user testing, surveys, interviews, and translating insights into improved designs.

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Zeplin).

Job Purpose:

The Policies and Procedures Consultant is responsible for analyzing and designing institutional processes, as well as developing policies and procedures to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance and strategic alignment. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and elevating governance standards through advanced analytical methodologies and systematic documentation of policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Process Analysis and Design:


Map current process flows (AS-IS) using BPMN methodology to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.


Conduct Value Chain analysis to determine core and support activities.


Classify and design processes in alignment with the organization’s operational, leadership, and strategic objectives.


Perform SWOT and PESTLE analyses to assess internal and external environments and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.


Design process levels (from Level 0 to Level 3) and align them with the organizational structure and job descriptions.


Develop future process models (TO-BE) based on previous analyses to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure productivity through time studies.


Clearly define roles and responsibilities using a RACI matrix to ensure seamless interdepartmental integration.


Develop modern technical requirements for effective future process management.


Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and define performance and customer satisfaction standards.


Prepare a process integration map that aligns administrative processes with strategic objectives.



2. Policy and Procedure Development:


Review and analyze policies to assess their clarity, comprehensiveness, applicability, and regulatory compliance.


Conduct Compliance Analysis of policies against local and international regulatory requirements.


Identify all relevant regulatory and legislative frameworks associated with the organization’s activities to ensure institutional compliance.


Perform Policy Impact Analysis to evaluate the effect of policies on operational processes and compliance levels.


Design clear and consistent policy manuals aligned with regulatory frameworks, strategy, implementation, and monitoring mechanisms.


Develop continuous monitoring and auditing mechanisms to ensure compliance during and after implementation.


Prepare a unified organizational framework for policy lifecycle management, including creation, review, update, and publication.


Develop implementation guidelines, effectiveness evaluation tools, and awareness plans to ensure proper application.


Support the development of new policies based on organizational needs and legislative changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Quality Management, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).


Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in policies and procedures, process analysis, and compliance.


Proven expertise in using BPMN tools, Visio, Power BI, Excel, and institutional analysis tools.


Deep understanding of local regulations and related legislative frameworks.


Exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills.


Previous experience with one of the Big Four consulting firms.


Worked on projects with government entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Proficient in using ARIS software.
