Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Purpose:
To design effective, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The role blends creativity and analytical thinking to improve user satisfaction and align digital products with business objectives.

- Key Responsibilities:
● UI Design Responsibilities:
○ Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand identity and visual language.
○ Create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
○ Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficient collaboration with development teams.
○ Apply principles of color theory, typography, grid systems, spacing, and iconography to craft clean and user-friendly layouts.
○ Ensure responsive and adaptive design across various devices and screen sizes, optimizing for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces.
○ Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design elements and maintain UI quality throughout the development lifecycle.
● UX Design Responsibilities:
○ Conduct user research and persona development to understand target users' behaviors, goals, frustrations, and motivations.
○ Perform usability testing (remote and in-person).
○ Preparing test scenarios based on real user journeys.
○ Facilitating sessions, capturing behavior, and providing feedback.
○ Analyzing results and synthesizing actionable insights to improve design decisions.
○ Improve user experience through information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, and task optimization.
○ Utilize tools such as heatmaps, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and user feedback to identify UX issues and propose enhancements.
○ Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and comply with government digital guidelines where applicable.
○ Communicate UX strategies and findings to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and design walkthroughs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product development environments.
● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other modern UI/UX tools.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability heuristics, and interaction patterns.
● Experience conducting user testing, surveys, interviews, and translating insights into improved designs.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Zeplin).
● Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to justify design decisions with research and reasoning.
- Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with government digital platforms or enterprise systems.
● Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design.
● Familiarity with Arabic interface design and cultural localization is a plus.
